Cancellation and Refund


Following are the Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Cancellation and No Refund is possible.
  • If you receive a product with production defect (missing pages, torn corners etc.), we will provide a replacement copy, if complaint is made with photographs of product, delivery package and sticker, highlighting the defect within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an e-mail to support@bookscamel.com mentioning your order number and the defect you found. Additional postage charges will be taken by recipient/ receiver only, not by us.
